These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mystery Matrix website and the purchase of our products.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our linked policies (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy).

Mystery Matrix (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an online store at mysterymatrix.com.au selling jigsaw puzzles and related items to customers across Australia.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

3. Products & Availability

  • We take care to display accurate descriptions, images, colours and prices, but minor variations may occur (e.g. due to screen display or print runs).
  • All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • International Customers & Currency: If you are browsing from outside Australia, you may be able to use the currency selector on our website (if available) to display an approximate price in your local currency. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and/or fees for currency conversion, which are outside our control.
  • International shipping charges will also be displayed and charged at checkout.
  • Products and prices are subject to change without notice, and availability may be limited.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are placed by following the online checkout process and are subject to acceptance by us.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered on the site.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery and contact details, and to keep them up-to-date.
  • If we discover an error in price or product details after you have placed an order, we may cancel or amend the order and will promptly refund any payment if the order cannot proceed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Australia and to selected overseas destinations using the carriers and methods stated in our Shipping Policy.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier, unless otherwise required under the ACL or stated in our Shipping Policy.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us promptly of any incorrect, missing or damaged items.

6. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
    If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and for compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
    If the failure is minor, we may choose to repair, replace or refund the product.
  • To claim a remedy, you must provide satisfactory proof of purchase and contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.
  • Change-of-mind returns: We do not offer refunds or returns if you simply change your mind, unless required by law.
