📦 Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer both Standard and Express delivery services Australia-wide. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Standard Shipping (Australia – Excluding WA & NT)
For customers located in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS and ACT:
- Standard Shipping: $10.99
- Delivery Time: 2–8 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders $200 and over
Standard Shipping (WA & NT)
Shipping to Western Australia and Northern Territory has higher carrier charges:
- Standard Shipping: AUD $15.99
- Delivery Time: 3–8 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders $250 and over
⚡ Express Shipping (Australia)
- $25.99 for most Australian states
- $29.99 for WA & NT
Delivery Time: 1–4 business days (depending on your location)
Please note: Express delivery may not be available for all remote areas.
🏠 Local Pickup (Brisbane – By Arrangement Only)
Local pickup is available for customers within the South Brisbane area.
We can arrange pickup at:
- Westfield Carindale
- Westfield Garden City
After you place your order and select Local Pickup at checkout, you will receive an email from us to organise the pickup date, time and exact meeting point.
Processing Times
Your online orders are important to us. We guarantee that in-stock items will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days of receiving your order. During sales periods or peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), dispatch times may be slightly longer. If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe, we’ll contact you directly to keep you informed.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. The delivery times provided are estimates and are intended as a guide only. While we strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes. We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier. Should your order arrive later than expected, and you no longer require it, you will be responsible for return postage costs, and no refund will be provided for the initial shipping charges.
Incorrect Addresses & Uncollected Orders
Please double-check that your delivery address is accurate and complete. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee will apply if you wish to have the order sent again.
If your order is taken to the post office or pickup spot, please ensure it is collected within 5 business days.
Uncollected orders will be returned to us, and a re-shipping fee will apply if you would like the parcel resent.
Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, the return fee of $14.95, along with the original shipping cost, will be deducted from your refund.
🌎 International Orders & Delivery
We are delighted to serve customers outside Australia where available.
- International Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight and carrier rates.
- Currency: All charges are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees or different exchange rates, which are outside our control.
- Delivery Timeframes: International delivery times vary by destination and carrier, typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.
- Customs & Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. We are unable to advise on these charges or cover them on your behalf.
- Risk & Delays: We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders. Delays caused by customs clearance, local holidays or unforeseen events are outside our control.
- Signature & Authority to Leave: Where available, you may request “Authority to Leave” at checkout; however, this is at your own risk, and we cannot provide compensation for lost, damaged or stolen parcels after they are left without a signature.
