Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or replacements if you change your mind. As a small business, we hope you understand that offering refunds for change of mind purchases would make it challenging for us to continue bringing you the high-quality puzzles you love. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Missing Pieces

While missing pieces are extremely rare, they may have gone astray during unboxing or the piecing process. Common culprits include being left in the original packaging, caught on clothing, found under rugs or furniture, chewed by a pet, swiped by a curious child, vacuumed up by accident.

If you’ve carefully checked all these possible locations and still can’t find the missing piece, please contact us with your order number, a clear photo of the area(s) with the missing piece, and another photo showing the entire border. We’ll liaise with the manufacturer to arrange a replacement for you.

Please note that we can only assist customers who purchased directly from Mystery Matrix. If your purchase was made from another shop, we are unable to assist with a refund or replacement.
